Hi there! I’m Bailey, the owner and baker behind Crespo Crumbs. I started Crespo Crumbs in September 2025 with one goal in mind: to bring high-quality, high-protein, organic sourdough goods to my local community. I’ve always been a little obsessed with food quality and ingredients, which is why I’m intentional about everything that goes into my products. I source my high-protein organic flour from Utah and have it shipped directly to me, use high-quality French salt, and choose organic and premium ingredients whenever possible. Every classic loaf is packed with 105g of protein and made with simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
