Market Vendor Agreement
Last updated October 28, 2026
In short: you run your own business, the market decides who sells there, and Market Bee shows your name, logo and a short description on the pages of the markets you sell at.
This summary is here to orient you. The numbered sections below are the terms that actually apply.
1. Who this is for
This agreement is between you and Market Bee LLC ("Market Bee", "we", "us"). It applies when you join a market on Market Bee through a market's invitation and sell at markets only, without an online store. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy apply too.
You must be at least 18 to join this way and able to enter contracts for your business.
2. What Market Bee does for you
- Lists your business on the page of each market you sell at, with your name, logo and short description.
- Lets the markets you sell at, are asking to join, or were invited by, see the details you give them: what you sell, how to reach you, and your booth needs.
- Keeps track of the markets you sell at and the market days you'll be there.
There is no online store, no ordering and no payments through Market Bee on this kind of account. If you want an online store later, you can apply for one.
3. Your business is yours
You are responsible for what you make and sell, your permits and licenses, your insurance, your taxes, and how you deal with customers at the market. What you tell markets about your business must be true.
4. The market decides
Each market decides who sells there and can remove you. Market Bee does not review or approve businesses that join this way, and listing you is not an endorsement or a statement that your products or permits have been checked.
5. Leaving
You can leave a market, or close your account, at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or our other policies. Questions: support@themarketbee.com.
